Our Mission
To achieve positive children’s outcome by empowering the adults (parents, teachers, and leaders) and their capabilities.
Research indicates that high-quality adult interaction and engagement in a child’s early education helps improve academic performance, emotional intelligence, confidence, self-esteem, and future life success.
Our goal is to help empower parents, teachers, and community leaders to help make a positive difference in the lives of children in their care.

We hold fast to the essential life values, including:
- Integrity
- Accountability
- Responsibility
- Positive Attitude
- Humility
- Teamwork

Our Journey
I had the honor to participate and serve the homeless during two unique programs. The first was while volunteering at the Hessed House in Aurora in May 2016 with my Grandmother, and the second was at my Civic Week Leadership training at Northwestern University in the spring of 2017. When I visited the Chicago Coalition for the Homeless and spoke directly with the founder of the Unsilence Project, Dr. Danny Cohen, I began to understand the importance and value of serving the community truly.
Sharing these experiences with my mother, founder of KLA Schools of Plainfield and Naperville, she encouraged me by helping me understand the only genuine way to end homelessness was to help everyone obtain the one irrevocable wealth: education.
I felt and believe I found my life’s purpose. Through this desire to help people make a difference in the next generation, my mother Selvei and I worked to build this foundation, named in honor of my two great grandfathers: Muthusami Gounder and Paravel Gounder.
I strive to help my mother and our team support as many families, educators, and communities through webinars that increase awareness and skills to improve the capabilities of adults involved in raising and educating children.
